Minimum Order
$250 for Opening Orders and $100 for Reorders.
Note: PS Made for You manufactures upon receipt of your order. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
Payment Terms
All accounts are set up with credit card. AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS, FOB Wooster, Ohio 44691. Freight to AK, HI, PR, and GU will be shipped via the most economical route unless otherwise specified.
3rd Party Web Sales
Retailers are welcome to sell PS Made For You products across their omnichannel networks. 3rd Party Marketplaces such as Amazon are prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Return Policy
Due to the on-demand production of PS Made For You products, these products are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
Shipping Claims
Unfortunately products may arrived damaged from sipping. We make every effort to package in a way to mitigate this risk. Damages must be reported within 30 days of receipt. We’ll make effort to resolve the issue which may include replacing the product or providing a credit to the account. We may ask for photographic evidence to support claims against our carrier. If a claim is made, please clear with us before disposing of the damaged product or packaging as the carrier will cancel the claim if the damage is not available for inspection.

The best part about working with PS Made For You is the ability to create specialized designs for your store(s). We’ll make every effort to carry these SKUs for the life of the product category. We do, however, reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue at any time.
